INGREDIENTS:
- cilantro
- 1 jalapeño
- 1/4 red onion
- teaspoon minced garlic
- salt
- greek yogurt
- 2-3 limes
- 1/2 an avocado
STEP 1: cut jalapeño vertically, we want the guts and seeds mainly
STEP 2: peel and chop your red onion
STEP 3: cut limes and avocado
STEP 4: add ingredients to blender (yogurt to your preference)
STEP 5: blend thoroughly and taste throughout to adjust as needed
