Cilantro Jalapeño Salsa

eggs, tacos, straight in your mouth, it’s easy and delish!

INGREDIENTS:

  • cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 1/4 red onion
  • teaspoon minced garlic
  • salt
  • greek yogurt
  • 2-3 limes
  • 1/2 an avocado

STEP 1: cut jalapeño vertically, we want the guts and seeds mainly

STEP 2: peel and chop your red onion

STEP 3: cut limes and avocado

STEP 4: add ingredients to blender (yogurt to your preference)

STEP 5: blend thoroughly and taste throughout to adjust as needed
