why complicate? it’s easier than it looks, and hella customizable.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2-3 eggs per serving
- milk
- butter
- cheese
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS BASED ON PERSONAL PREFERENCE
* I add cooked sausage, onions, peppers, and garlic – if including additional meats/veggies, I recommend prepping them beforehand
STEP 1: crack eggs into bowl + whisk in milk as desired
STEP 2: heat saute pan on medium-low head
STEP 3: melt tablespoon of butter on pan
STEP 4: add whisked eggs into pan, ensuring they coat the bottom
STEP 5: cover pan until top is cooked
STEP 6: flip flattened egg and lower heat to a low-simmer
STEP 7: add cheese and additional ingredients as desired onto half of egg
STEP 8: fold over the bare egg half to a half-circle on top of ingredient half
STEP 9: turn off burner and cover for one minute
STEP 10: remove omelette from burner and enjoy!
